| PRRS-Ab

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is a highly contagious disease characterized by fever and anorexia in infected pigs, late-term abortion, premature birth, stillbirths, weak piglets, and mummified fetuses in pregnant sows, and respiratory distress in pigs of all ages (especially piglets).

As the OD values of the standard curve may vary according to the conditions of the actual assay performance (e.g. operator, pipetting technique, wash technique or temperature effects), the operator should establish a standard curve for each test. | Recovery

The recovery of Mouse PRRS-Ab spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
 

| Linearity

Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Mouse PRRS-Ab and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.
